What is Bikelog?

Bikelog is Ireland's only interactive Bike , E-bike and E-scooter register. 

 

What makes Bikelog different?

Bikelog is about building a community. We aim to build a database where an owner can be contacted directly by another member of the Bikelogs Community if a bike is recovered.

 

What are Bikelogs premium features?

Bikelog offers premium features which no other service provides .

 

  • If your bike is reported stolen and recovered you can be contacted directly through our site
  • If you report your bike, e bike or e scooter stolen we have developed a Whats app notification service that will alert other members of the Bikelog Community

 

What other features does Bikelog have?

  • Check if a Bike , E-bike or E-scooter is stolen
  • Change of Ownership 
  • Report Stolen

 

What is Bikelogs Referral Program?

Once registered with our premium subscription you have an option to send your friends, family and colleagues a referral link.

If someone registers  their bike , e bike or e-scooter through your referral link it takes 90 days for a successful referral to qualify. Please note the referral must register a premium subscription.

For every successful premium referral you receive €5. On successful referrals you will be contacted to share your Revoult or Paypal details. This is paid the last day of every month.

 

Can I register a free account?

Yes, It's easy to register for free, however you will not have access to our Premium features. You can only register one bike , ebike or e-scooter on our free account.

 

How much is it to use Bikelog?

Bikelog’s premium service is charged at €9.99 per year.

 

Can I register my Bike , E-bike or E-scooter after it has been stolen?

Yes, but please have a receipt uploaded for proof of purchase.



I think my stolen bike has been uploaded to BIkelog by another user - what can I do?

If you see your frame/serial number has been uploaded to our system do not worry. Reach out to us directly. Please provide proof of payment or receipt.

We can then advise on the next steps.



How do I deactivate my account?

Contact [email protected] requesting to deactivate your account. Please send from email you registered with.



Refund policies

When registering with our premium service an auto-renew charge is set at 9.99 per year for the service.

Please determine if your payment to Bikelog is refundable.You can cancel your Bikelog subscription at any time. We only issue refunds under certain circumstances. Before you cancel, review our refund policies in this guide.

 

  • All Bikelog subscriptions are independent of each other
  • We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase of your annual subscription
  • We do not offer refunds for annual plans canceled after 14 days of first payment
